Auto woes...

The car went in for servicing today. It has been running rough and was due for oil so in it went. I didn't get it back tonight. They are finally fixing that gear shift problem (a screw driver has been in the over-ride for 2 years) was half of the repairs. I should get it back tomorrow sometime, but after about $1200. It is still cheaper than car payments and this car has low miles and is paid for (which is a good thing). It will feel better driving around knowing the car is in good shape though.

I also have to say... thank god for grandmas. :-)

Alpine boots, socks and other wips

The alpine boots are done, just not felted, still working on the blue top down cardi in Galway and a pair of socks from Cherry Tree Hill in colorway Spring Frost - should have the toe of the first one done tomorrow... then off to the 2nd sock.
